At Crossfit Faded Glory we train incredibly hard, harder than most think they are capable of. Everyday our athletes set new personal records and accomplish improvements in strength and endurance. Our workouts are intense, challenging, fun and never boring. They consist of varied movements (like pushing, pulling, jumping, lifting, squatting, rowing and running) executed at a high level of intensity – scalable for any fitness level. Everyday is a different workout focused on movements to help you build endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed and improvement of coordination. We workout as a group to achieve personal goals. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking up our kids or moving mulch from our trunk to the backyard. At Crossfit Faded Glory we have certified and experienced coaches who lead each workout and make sure you are using the correct form for each movement. They are here to push, encourage and motivate each member.
Our gym (box) is equipped with the latest equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. We use Wodify, the Crossfit app that registers athletes for classes, records WOD results, and remembers past performances. It helps you stay connected to other members and is where you can see the workouts for the day. We offer Crossfit and Cardiofit classes. Each of our workouts last an hour and include a group led warmup, a skill development or strength session, the WOD (Workout of the Day) and some mobility work. Our cardiofit classes are more of a bootcamp style class using body weight movements, dumb bells, kettle bells, jump ropes and lots of ab work. We are a community here at Crossfit Faded Glory who encourage and cheer one another on. We pride ourselves in our support of first responders, military, and teachers. We are supportive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes….We are Crossfit!
