CardioFit (Bootcamp Style Training)

Our cardiofit programs are designed to help you reach your goals and get fit in a dynamic group setting. These programs Consist of varied movements to get your heart rate going and keep it going for a longer period of time.  These workouts are usually 25-40 minutes long.  They are designed to help increase your aerobic endurance while burning calories and fat.  The workouts are usually broken into 3 sections that include cardio work such as running, rowing, biking, box jumps, or jump roping; body weight movements like push-ups, pull-ups, squats; dumbbell or kettlebell movements to tone muscles; and ab work such as planks, v-ups, situps, superman, ect.
